Nora has ten years of executive management experience and more than 25 years of policy and data analytics, project management, financial management, and provider payment and delivery reform expertise. Nora is responsible for MACHC's strategic vision supporting value-add services advancing Maryland and Delaware community health centers' mission.
Alli Matson
Workforce Initiatives Manager

Alli has over 20 years of project and program management expertise in the non-profit and higher education sectors. Alli leads MACHC's initiatives to improve health center employee recruitment and retention stakeholder partnership outreach strategies and supports developing and maintaining MACHC's workforce-related training offerings.
Abisola Olabisi
Health Policy Analyst

Abi assists the team with a range of research and data analytic projects. Abi uses UDS data to create center-specific benchmark reports to illuminate financial, operational and quality performance. These analytics are used to identify high performers and support MACHC's shared learning programs.

Tracy Blanchard
Executive Assistant to the CEO

Tracy Blanchard has over 25 years of experience managing executive calendars and meeting logistics and ensuring timely deliverables commensurate with company protocols. Tracy supports office operations and execution of MACHC's training program.
Shamonda Braithwaite
Deputy Executive Director

Shamonda has more than 15 years of expertise in policy analysis, program evaluation, and study design. Shamonda leads critical topic areas, including MACHC's virtual training program, workforce initiatives, grants management, and organization-wide operational activities advancing the association's mission.

Delaney McGonegal
Health Policy Director

Delaney leads qualitative and quantitative research that shapes MACHC's policy priorities. Delaney's progressive experience working at a community health center supports an understanding of day-to-day center challenges and informs how MACHC approaches technical assistance centers need. Additionally, Delaney leads MACHC's emergency preparedness efforts.
Amalia Rivera-Oven
Quality Improvement Manager
Amalia leads quality improvement and value-based care initiatives. With progressive experience with the Maryland Primary Care Program and Maryland's Health Information Exchange, known as CRISP, Amalia supports centers with integration, efficient workflows, and advancing technology supporting patient health outcomes.

Kyah assists the MACHC team with the organization's communication imperatives. Kyah creates MACHC's newsletter and supports social media, website, and training communication strategies.
