PAYMENT
Online payments are made through Pay-Pal and are secure. 
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made within 48-hours after registering for the event. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Deitra Bell via fax: (301) 577-4789 or email: deitra.bell@machc.com. There are no refunds after the the 48 hour period, however you may transfer your registration to another individual (we’ll need their name & yours.) Your replacement MUST advise us that they are attending in your place (at the event by giving us your name), otherwise they will be charged the onsite rate of $299.00. No refunds will be made in the event of no-shows. Payment is due at the time of registration.
